These rules apply to the erniebox online competitions where participants have the chance to win cash or other prize forms. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants: The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry and have entered the competition through the online erniebox competition form..
  • Exclusions: Employees, agents, and affiliates of erniebox.com, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • All eligible entries must be from individuals residing in the UK with UK Sterling bank accounts.

2. Entry Requirements

  • How to Enter: Participants must complete the online entry form available on a website hosting the erniebox and provide all required information, including valid contact details.
  • Multiple Entries: Participants may enter the competition only once per competition. Further entries can be made in alternate competitions. Any multiple entries to any individual competition with be eliminated and all entries by that individual will be removed from being eligible for winning.
  • Entry Fee: All erniebox competitions are free to enter.

3. Prize Details

  • Cash and Other Prizes: The winner of the competition will receive a cash or other prizes as listed in relation to the competition only. In the event of a cash prize award the winner requires a valid UK bank account that will receive an electronic transfer of UK sterling funds.
  • Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.
  • It is the responsibility of the prize winner to submit their accurate email address. Otherwise prize confirmations will not be received and prizes cannot be delivered.

4. Prize Draw

  • Entry Threshold: The prize draw will only take place after a minimum of 2,000 valid entries have been received.
  • Draw Date: The draw will occur within 30 days after the 2,000-entry threshold is met. Participants will be notified of the draw date via email and on the ernoebox.com website.
  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random before the expiry of the 30 th day from all valid entries received.
  • Announcement: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the draw. The winner/s name/s may also be announced on erniebox.com.
  • The winning prize will be randomly selected from all valid entries and/ or unsold ticket entries depending on the terms of the competition.

5. Claiming the Prize

  • Prize Claim: The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame may result in forfeiture.
  • Alternative Winner: If the prize is not claimed within the specified time, an alternative winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Prize draws may be made from all sellable tickets and the winning ticket may therefore not have been sold.

6. Publicity

  • Consent: By entering the competition, participants consent to InteliQo Ltd. (trading as erniebox) using their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

  • Amendments: erniebox.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
  • Disqualification: erniebox.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behaviour.
  • Liability: erniebox.com is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or any other issues that may prevent a participant from entering the competition.
  • Governing Law: This competition and these rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
